Lip Smacking Foodie Tours, the Las Vegas culinary excursion company, has revealed details of its new dining experience at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

The new 2.5-hour evening tour takes guests to three restaurants at the resort, which recently completed a $200 million renovation. The tour is available nightly for individuals, as well as for private groups of up to 100 guests. There are no wait-times for the sought-after tables, and guests are seated immediately with VIP service to sample three to four signature dishes at each restaurant.

The Virgin Hotels Las Vegas restaurant collection is located around the resort’s 5-acre pool area, and depending on the night of the week that the tour takes place, the line-up of restaurants may vary. Each tour will however include three of the following establishments.

Todd English’s Olives is the only U.S. outpost of the restaurant, which joins two others in the Bahamas and the United Arab Emirates. Chef Todd English opened the first Olives in Massachusetts in 1989, which received acclaim for its Mediterranean cuisine. Olives also had a successful 20-year-run at another Las Vegas resort, before the opening of the current restaurant at Virgin Hotels.

Night + Market is the only outpost of the Thai restaurant outside of Southern California. Chef Kris Yenbamroong serves creative street food ranging from traditional Thai to California-Asian fusion.

Kassi Beach House is a trattoria-style restaurant serving Italian food while DJs play music. It is the first Las Vegas establishment by Australia-born restaurateur Nick Mathers, and follows the success of his restaurants in Los Angeles and New York City.

ONE Steakhouse was founded by brothers Michael and David Morton, whose father Arnie Morton established Morton’s steakhouses. The two-story, 9,000-sf steakhouse specializes in Midwestern and Japanese beef. The interior features eclectic art, and an LED light installation made up of 3,000 pieces of glass that change color through the night.

The tours are led by a professional tour guide who provides information about local sites along the way. The tour is priced at $199 per person, inclusive of gratuities. A $60 optional beverage package is also available that provides one pre-selected signature cocktail at each venue. For an additional $100 per person, guests can add a Maverick Helicopter ride over the city at night, complete with Champagne toast.
