Travel advisors who make two or more tour bookings with Collette in May will earn an extra $50 or more in incentives.

The tour operator’s Travel Advisor Appreciation Booking Incentive program awards $50 to advisors who make two or more bookings for travel in 2022. Top bookers will be eligible for other cash incentives.

Advisors who make the most Collette bookings in May will earn $1,000, while $750 will be awarded to the runner-up. The advisor with the third-highest number of May bookings will receive $500.

Incentives are good on new retail bookings made between May 1 and May 31 for departures through the end of 2022. A booking is defined as a minimum of two full-paying passengers in a double room, or a single passenger in a single room.

A minimum of two active and deposited bookings is required to receive the $50 agent incentive. A minimum of three bookings is required to qualify for the top-performers incentives. Bookings cannot be combined with other agency bookings. Group bookings and existing bookings also do not qualify.

“On behalf of the entire team, we want to thank the dedicated travel advisors for their hard work and perseverance over the past year,” Jaclyn Leibl-Cote, president and chief brand officer of Collette, said in a press statement. “These incentives programs are designed to reward travel advisors during a month-long celebration.”

The cash awards are on top of Collette’s normal commission program. The program awards advisors a portion of the full commission amount upfront, based on the type of booking made. Advisors keep this advance commission even if a client decides to cancel a booking.
