The new AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Sawgrass Mills/Sunrise opened on 31. Mar, 2021 at Sawgrass Mills, one of the largest outlet shopping destinations in the U.S.
The eight-story, 174-room hotel is managed by Concord Hospitality, in collaboration with Simon®, Norwich Partners and Marriott International.
The hotel lobby boasts a local, non-profit art collection created by local artists called Art Serve, while the indoor/outdoor space AC Lounge offers hand-crafted cocktails, craft beers and Spanish-style tapas. Daily breakfast is available at the AC kitchen and includes artisan pastries, European-inspired cured meats and homemade quiches.

The property will operate under Concord’s Pure Stay cleanliness guidelines, as well as Marriott’s Commitment to Clean, which includes enhanced cleanliness protocols, use of high grade disinfectants, staff cleanliness education programs and more.
