Carlisle Bay, located on Antigua’s south coast, is offering a five-night wellness retreat on Feb. 25 – Mar. 2, 2021.

The five-star Caribbean resort will host an Integrative Health Retreat to help guests reset, recenter, and reclaim peace and wellness after the stressors of 2020.

Guests will embark on a guided journey through the Taoist Five Elements (Earth, Fire, Metal, Water and Wood), with daily meditation, breathwork, spa treatments, yoga, healthy cuisine, and holistic wellness practices led by health coach and acupuncturist Zoe Nash.

The all-inclusive retreat is available from $4,575 per person and includes an initial health consultation through the lens of Chinese Medicine to provide personalized wellness guidance, as well as massages and holistic therapies including acupuncture, Moxibustion, Gua Sha, and Myofascial Release. Guests can also enjoy daily meditation sessions in Carlisle Bay’s yoga pavilion, including morning Vinyasa Flow Practice and afternoon Gentle & Restorative Yoga with Pranayama Breathwork.

The resort offers 87 suites, each with a private terrace and direct beach access. It also boasts four outdoor restaurants, nine tennis courts, a full-service Cara Organic Beauty Spa, yoga pavilion and limitless watersports.

On arrival in Antigua, the resort’s VIP Airport Fast Track Service will whisk guests immediately through a smaller customs line and into an awaiting approved taxi, minimizing touch points, lines, and traveler contact.
