For years Collette has protected travel professionals and their commissions through its no discounting strategy. Now the tour operator is hosting a webinar designed to help agents overcome the issue of commission rebating.
During the Discount Protection Webinar, Collette will outline its no discounting policy, as well as the importance of commission rebating.
“We are really talking about ‘commission rebating’ and what that means to an agent,” said Courtney Iannuccilli, Collette’s v.p. of marketing, in press materials. “Agents will continue to keep their hard-earned money, and be assured that they will not be undercut by Collette and will not find tours anywhere else at a discounted price.”
The webinar will take place on Jan. 25, 2018 at 2 p.m. ET. Agents who register and attend will also have the chance to win a $75 gift card.
