Whether it’s the great outdoors, a trendy hotel vibe, or a laid-back ambiance, these new U.S. properties will offer your clients experiences tailored to their specific likes.

The Inn at Newport Ranch is expected to open in July. The property, located about three hours north of San Francisco, is set on a 2,000-acre coastal cattle ranch and offers over a mile of oceanfront, three miles of ridge tops, panoramic coastal views, and 20 miles of hiking and riding trails.

The property accommodates up to 30 guests, spread across three buildings—The Main Inn, The Redwood House, and The Sea Drum House. The suites and The Sea Drum House feature a deck, hot tub, fireplace, small kitchen, living room, and a dining room area. Outdoor fire pits, oceanfront seating, and picnic areas are available for guests to sit back and enjoy the nature that surrounds them. There are also onsite spa services and a sauna, as well as event spaces for weddings and social gatherings that accommodate up to 99 guests.

Daily complimentary breakfast, daily fresh baked pastries, fireside hot d’oeuvres and beverage service in the evenings are also available for guests. Dinner is a ranch-to-table concept where the executive chef prepares the meal using local and seasonal ingredients; a full bar service is also available. Guests can take part in daily horseback riding or guided ATV excursions through the forests and along the ocean bluffs. For more information, call (415) 290-2891 or visit theinnatnewportranch.com.
